I just had my first appointment at Prior Lake Dental. From the front desk lady to Gabby my hygienist to Dr Sarles I was treated like I had been a patient for years. Everyone was professional and congenial and helpful. It’s unusual to look forward to a dentist appointment but I do for my September visit!

The vibe in the office is so much better than any medical/medical adjacent office I’ve ever been in - like, really well done, it was amazing - no medical office/dentist office tension that makes your hair stand up with white coat syndrome…almost signed up to just get my wisdom teeth ripped out the same afternoon as my morning teeth cleaning and hang out for a bit with the staff. Dr. Sarles is super personable with everyone and Megan, my hygienist, nicely put up with having to scrap 3 years of build-up off my teeth and didn’t have me clenching the arm rests at all.

10/10 experience all around! The building atmosphere, and staff were all wonderful. Kelly was a gem and made the appointment enjoyable and Dr.Sarles knows what he’s talking about. He also provided helpful insights on a treatment plan for better teeth.

Ella and Dr Weber have been Wonderful, Professional, gentle, kind and understanding!! I can’t express it any other way other than to simple say thank you!! You are appreciated, I have never liked going to the Dentist in all my years, but found my safe place with Dr Adelmann. I was concerned when he retired after being with him for 38yrs and I can HONESTLY say Prior Lake Dental is my new safe place for my dental needs❤️ Everyone has been Wonderful! Thank you again for seeing me this morning on short notice with a front tooth filling loss!! It’s perfect

PL Dental is simply the best!! They provide top-notch care and go above-and-beyond in providing a wonderful experience for their clients. My hygienist, Gabby, is the absolute BEST! So kind and always fun to talk to. I look forward to going to the dentist just to see her! And Dr. Sarles is so great! He always takes the time to catch up on what is going on in your life. Both he and Gabby work hard to make a personal connection with their clients, and they make you feel like you are at home. And the icing on the cake is the insanely beautiful office they just built. I love just being in there! 5 stars all the way.

Had a cleaning at Prior Lake Dental today and had a great experience! The office is very clean, fresh and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The Doctor gave a very thorough exam and I had a refreshing clean with a very gentle hygienist. Would recommend to friends and family!

Prior Lake Dental is the absolute best! I know some view the dentist as a place of discomfort, but not here. It’s a clean and relaxing atmosphere, they have the friendliest staff that genuinely love their jobs. Megan took the time to explain every instrument and step she was doing while caring for my daughter. Her patience was a game changer and made our experience a positive one! Already have the next check up scheduled :)

The dentist ( Dr. Case ) noticed something unusual, took extra care to investigate, and it led to an important early health discovery that I might have otherwise missed.
